Congratulations on taking the first step towards ensuring your child develops and maintains a love and respect for the aquatic environment.

Located in Beckenham, Christchurch, Bumble Bees Swim School offers a comprehensive, planned and progressive programme. Children can commence in the programme from 5 months of age and continue until they are ready to progress into the advanced programme at McMillan’s Aquatic Centre. Swimmers may attain that level anywhere between 5 – 10 years of age.

We couldn't have asked for a better start to swimming and water safety for both of our girls. The skills you have given them is obvious when it comes to lessons through school, with both being placed in the top group for their age group. We frequently talk to others about the positives of Bumble Bees - The friendly staff, family type atmosphere, small class sizes, warm pool and close location.We love the fact that the children can't touch the bottom of the pool and have to prove their proficiency and confidence before mum and dad hop out.
